Gabe is an experienced local Realtor with assisting investor/clients in locating investment/Rental properties and guiding them through property management activities as they arise.   He has knack for identifying and recommending sources for remediating structural matters that has been gained through both from his daily real estate journeys and first hand from his volunteer activities working on Summer home repair Mission projects.  

Gabe maintains local nimble tradesman relationships beneficial in rapidly servicing property remediation activities.
